Well, organization of work. And with all that sugar, in the end comes your concern about ZNR and ZOP. So it’s no surprise to me that enthusiasm is at its peak!

For those who don’t want to read further, the short answer to the question would be: yes, you do.

The longer answer again lies in the responsibility and care of the employer for the workspaces that are under his control (and the above are). So what is needed for the new space to do is the following:

• Update risk assessment
• Examine the working environment (noise, lighting, temperature, air flow, humidity)
• Test electrical installations (insulation resistance, indirect touch)
• Create an evacuation plan (graphic – floor plan, text – evacuation study, signalization – labels for directions of movement)
• Depending on the square footage and purpose of the space, get an adequate amount of fire extinguishers
• If there is more than one person working in the area, get a first aid kit and ensure that one person per shift is trained to provide first aid

In addition, if there are such systems in the space;

• Testing the tightness of gas installations
• Testing everything that the space has from fire (push buttons, panic lighting, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms…)

Yes, it could be better, but again it’s not that terrible because these are standard steps and measures that any quality authorized company should solve without problems. In addition to gas testing, for which are most often authorized institutions dealing with gas installations.

A grain of consolation: some tests do not have to be done by you as an employer if the space already owns them and they were not last done in the time of Yugoslavia (read: they are younger than about 3 years, it is not for everyone the same, not to write everything, if the deadlines are important to you, please contact me by e-mail with questions). Electricity, gas and fire do not have to be written to you, they can also be ordered by the lessor / owner of the building , etc. But ultimately it is up to you as a space user to do all of the above in one way or another.
