If you will have a business premises, electrical

should be tested for this space (for insulation resistance and indirect touch) and you should purchase one or more fire extinguishers for it (the amount depends on the square footage and purpose of the space). If you immediately employ employees, then you belong to the category of employer and are a full-fledged subject to the law on safety at work / fire protection.
