PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2016 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is directly applicable in the Republic of Croatia from 25. May 2018 age.

The Regulation determines which are the rights of individuals, and accordingly what are the obligations of the entities that process personal data, such as the controller or processor. Some of the obligations of the entities are the processing of personal data if the citizen has given consent or for the purpose of performing tasks based on other legal regulations, data processing according to the principles of processing specified in the Regulation, then information that the subject provides to the citizen before the processing of his personal data and the establishment of records on the conduct of personal data processing.

You can withdraw the consents you have given us at any time with a note that this does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before withdrawing consent on your part.

In accordance with the provisions of the above Regulation, you have the right to obtain information and information collected from you, about the handling of your personal data and to make requests for the exercise of your rights. Detailed information about what data is collected from you and for what purposes can be obtained in the Privacy and Security Statements published on our website.

We provide you with the following rights:

  • the right to access (information about the scope and type) of your data – you have the right to information about your personal data that we keep and keep in memory,
  • the right to rectification – you have the right to have inaccurate personal data relating to you rectified, which we will implement within a reasonable time,
  • the right to be forgotten (erasure) – you have the right to erase your personal data if there is no lawful reason for their further processing on our part. If there is such a reason, we will inform you about it and explain in detail as part of our response to your request for deletion,
  • the right to object to the use of personal data
