It is a question that many future employers ask with some reservation and fear since most of them have the impression that this is a Pandora's box whose contents are unknown, complicated, unfeasible and too expensive.

What I need from occupational safety and fire protection when opening a company or trade

If you will have a business premises, electrical installations should be tested for this space (for insulation resistance and indirect touch) and you should purchase one or more fire extinguishers for it (the amount depends on the square footage and purpose of the space). If you immediately employ employees, then you belong to the category of employer and are a full-fledged subject to the law on safety at work / fire protection.
