(below ZNR / ZOP) – is one of the most common questions that plagues future owners.
Before I give you an answer, I would like to sincerely and heartily congratulate you for choosing to venture into entrepreneurial waters! I sincerely believe that we need as many people as possible who are ready for ventures and do not shy away from the responsibility of seeking their own business path. I hope that you will succeed in your plan and that you will successfully cope with all the challenges you encounter.
One of the challenges that every entrepreneur encounters at the very beginning is certainly the sea of laws, rules and regulations that as an employee you did not have to think about. Some already give up because it is not easy to be an owner or director, an accountant, an economist, a marketing expert and an occupational safety expert at the same time. It’s too much bureaucracy for one person. I can’t help you with everything, but I can give an answer to the question from the title. The question of what I need from occupational safety / fire protection when opening a company / trade actually has a very simple answer: It depends. Yes, now I’m being smart because that answer doesn’t help you at all since there are a lot of things causally related in occupational safety law, so I’m going to expand it a bit, i.e. To ask you two questions:

I’m opening a company/craft – what I need
If you will have a business premises, electrical
installations
should be tested for this space (for insulation resistance and indirect touch) and you should purchase one or more fire extinguishers for it (the amount depends on the square footage and purpose of the space). If you immediately employ employees, then you belong to the category of employer and are a full-fledged subject to the law on safety at work / fire protection. Read more about these obligations in the article: I am hiring my first employee – what do I need under the Occupational Safety Act / Fire Protection Act? Which you can find on our website (*article comes out 10 /11/20′, after publication here we will post a link).
To summarize;
