The workplace provided for the work of a disabled person must be ergonomically adapted to such a person, and the facility must be designed in such a way as to provide disabled persons with unhindered access to their workplaces.
The employer must ensure special protection for persons with disabilities and must determine by collective agreement which tasks of that group cannot perform.
