1. PROJECT NAME:
Increasing the competitiveness of ANPARO d.o.o. by improving the business website
2. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
The purpose of the project is to increase the market competitiveness of applicants by investing in the development and implementation of new web solutions in order to increase the market share and recognition of the company in the market for the purpose of expanding the sales network, growth and development of the company on the market, increasing sales revenues and creating new jobs.
The project solves the problem of insufficient technological level of digital sales channels of the company, insufficient technological level of communication tools with the market and insufficient development of the sales network, which is why serious growth and development of the company to the market is limited.
The project consists of several project activities, of which the central part of the project includes the improvement of the business website including adaptation for mobile phones and tablets, improvement, domain optimization service and the cost of renting servers and / or cloud services for the purpose of implementation of activities.
Target groups are all employees, clients and potential clients (legal entities in various activities), associates, suppliers and the interested public.
3. General objective:
The aim of the project is (through the improvement of the website) to strengthen competitiveness by applying online marketing solutions, all in order to improve the company’s presence on the market as well as the visibility of its services, which will create preconditions for the growth of sales revenues, preservation of existing and planned job creation.
4. Specific objective:
Redesign and improvement of the business website (analysis and project documentation, development of a unique identity of the website, front-end development, cms system development, SEO optimization of the website, ensuring the security of data and services, compliance with GDPR provisions, technical solution of the system and adaptation for mobile phones, tablets and all internet browsers).
5. Expected results of the project:
- Improved business website
- page optimization – 70% faster loading
- better functionality and usability of the site – easier navigation and utilization of the same
- ensuring two-way communication with visitors
- productivity growth 15%
- reducing the cost of buying and spending paper by 40%
- Increase the number of visitors by 60%
- reducing financial operating costs when updating web content by 80%
- Increase in sales revenue by 30%
- preserving existing and creating new jobs
The total value of the project is HRK 168,750.00.
Eligible costs are HRK 135,000.00.
The European Union co-finances the project in the amount of HRK 94,500.00 or 70%.
The project implementation period is from 14. March 2019 years to 14. February 2020 age.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the financial period 2014-2020, specifically from the European Regional Development Fund through the call “WWW VOUCHERS FOR SMEs”.
