The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the financial period 2014-2020, specifically from the European Regional Development Fund through the call “Introduction of business process and quality management system (ISO and similar standards)“.

The project was approved in terms of improving business and strengthening the capacity of Anparo through the introduction of internationally recognized norms, all in order to achieve defined goals. In particular, with the investment in question, Anparo has invested in the introduction of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 standards. The goal of the same is to increase its own competitiveness, which will create preconditions for the growth of physical volume of work, which will generate the need to retain existing and create new jobs, with revenue growth. In particular, the successful implementation of the investment in question led to (inter alia):

  • Increase in sales revenue
  • Preserving existing and creating new jobs
  • Optimize 9 business processes and increase productivity
  • Management and management of documentation is transparent and of high quality, which reduces operating costs and ensures a succession plan
  • The application of corrective actions and monitoring of non-compliances ensures the outsourcing of (only) top quality services, which prevents non-compliances
  • The potential risks have been minimized.
  • Clear and systematic care of data is being taken and the possibility of copying will be prevented
  • The risk of injury was reduced to a minimum and sick leave costs were reduced

The total value of the project is HRK 580,737.50, of which HRK 328,239.55 is non-refundable.

The project implementation period is from 18.03.2019.-18.03.2020. age.
